Motorcycle Tour Route Details

Day 1 - Arrival at Dibrugarh
Attractions: Maijan Lake, Jagannath Temple, Jokai Botanical Garden
Arrive at Dibrugarh by a connecting flight or by using an overnight bus service from Guwahati. Meet our team and Check-in at the hotel. After that, feel free to explore the town, enjoy the panoramic view of the River Brahmaputra flowing near the town; try out boating there. Meet all members of the group in the evening followed by a proper briefing of the land of tribes. Overnight at Dibrugarh

Day 2 - Dibrugarh - Roing (152 Km)
Sightseeing: Sally Lake, Lohit River Bridge
We will start the journey by travelling on Trans - Arunachal Highway. This route offers beautiful views of infinite grasslands one half and muddy, swampy and exhausting on the other half. On they enjoy the cool breeze on the 9.5 Km long Bhupen Hazarika bridge on the Lohit River. Soon after, we will enter Arunachal leaving behind Assam. You will need a good rest once you reach Roing. Savour homemade rice beer (Apung). Overnight stay at hotel/ homestay.

Day 3 - Roing - Mayudia - Roing (110 Km)
Sightseeing: Mayudia Pass, IHO viewpoint
Wake up to the cool breeze, no pollution, no noise and prepare yourself for another day of the expedition. Keep your spirits high and panic at low, as today you will be travelling through the meandering and slippery roads, snowfall and narrow roads towards the top. You will be mesmerised looking at the panoramic view from there, as the blue skyline meets the green mountains as long as your eyesight follows. Once you return to Roing, you will be spending the night alongside the bonfire (optional). Overnight at Roing hotel.

Day 4 - Roing - Pasighat (108 Km)
Sightseeing: Sisseri Bridge, Siku Bridge
Eastern Arunachal is the home of the three big rivers that are the main tributaries forming the Giant Brahmaputra. The roads from Roing to Pasighat is quite narrow and sandy. On the day, you would have a mixed feeling - a bumpy ride but the scenery around will be unimaginably serene. Until you hit Pasighat, you will be in the Riverine areas where the blue water river flows without barriers, offering some of the best viewpoints. Notable once are the Sisse River Bridge, Bomjir bridge and Ranaghat Bridge. Overnight stay at Pasighat.

Day 5 - Pasighat - Aalo (110 Km)
Sightseeing: Pasighat bridge
Leaving the urban and more modern town of land of sun, we will head to meet the natives of Arunachal. You will be passing through unending forests. Sit tight on the seat on blind turns and serpentine road. We continue our journey to yet another home to Memba and Adi tribes. Enjoy the stay at Along surrounded by Menchunka Valley mountains, the Kabu dance, hanging bridge, orange garden & the confluence of the Sipu and Siyom. Overnight at Along.

Day 6 - Aalo - Daporijo (160 Km)
Sightseeing: Dapo tribe visit
With the shining sun, we leave for the beautiful tiny hill hamlet of Daporijo, the hub of six tribes. Dapo means "the protection" against the epidemic or evil spirits and Rijo refers to "the valley". Keep counting the infinite hilly turns in the so-called 'Just 170 Km Journey; Although the curves never bore you. Enjoy the panoramic view of River Subansiri flowing near the town; try out rafting there. Enjoy the evening with paddy fields & a pine hills view, home to the people of Tagin Tribe who are famed for their unique cultures, traditions and religious practices.

Day 7 - Daporijo - Ziro (170 Km)
Sightseeing: Dapo Plateau
After we finish our sightseeing and as we proceed for Ziro. While proceeding to Ziro we will pass through many dense forests and narrow roads. We would come across a lot of different cultures and tribes of people. Ziro is the headquarter of the Lower Subansiri District. This plateau is located above 1560m and is surrounded by the mesmerizing Apatani Tribal villages on all sides, enjoying the tagin villages, local traditional houses.

Day 8 - Ziro Local
Sightseeing: Ziro village
The plateau is located above 5500 ft and is surrounded by the mesmerizing Apatani Tribal houses on all sides. Take the day off from travelling too far and enjoy the tagin villages filled with local traditional houses. The town offers multiple stunning scenic locations. Visit the pine and the bamboo groves & 5000 years old cave temple & Kile Pakho.

Day 9 - Ziro - Majuli ( 160 Km)
Sightseeing: Brahmaputra river island
Today, we will head towards the fast-eroding largest river island in the world. Leaving the greenery, we cruise along the Brahmaputra River before a point where we confront the mighty river. This drive becomes interesting for you once reaching the bank of the river. We load our vehicles on a ferry to float on the other side. After driving down the boat, we will travel in the car to the heart of the island. Enjoy the brief evening away from the urban chaos, at the natural oasis full of nature, wildlife and untouched villages.

Day 10 - Majuli - Dibrugarh (145 Km)
Sightseeing: satra, neo vaishvanite heritage site
After breakfast, take a free stroll on the island or rent a bicycle and explore the scenic land. You must visit the famous sastras, witness unique culture and their unique masks. Later, after you had lunch on the island, we will continue our journey in Dibrugarh. Once you reach the town, a celebratory gathering is not to be missed. Overnight at Dibrugarh.

Day 11 - Departure from Dibrugarh
After a scrumptious breakfast, check out from the hotel and head out to further travel to the Guwahati or fly from Dibrugarh airport to travel back home with memorable experiences.
